Summer vacation increases the financial hardship on families who need to provide breakfast and lunch for their children.

Summer also represents the pantry’s slowest donation months, and our guests’ visits are up 200% from last year! This concern means ALL food donations are needed, and PB&J is just the beginning.

We are 100% dependent on incoming donations all year. Monetary contributions can be made on our website – include team name! $1 = 1 lb.!

A sample of what we need: Any Non-Perishable, Lunch Items, Snack Items, Pancake Mix / Syrup, Sugar, Cooking Oil, Canned Pasta Sauce, Condiments, Paper towels, Canned Fruit & Fruit Cups

The Kiwanis Club of Dunedin is proud to partner with the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation in presenting the first annual Dunedin Kiwanis Golf Classic. Come play on the beautiful and challenging Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club course. A portion of every golf fee benefits the Chi Chi Rodriguez Academy and First Tee – Clearwater, where students grow in character, life skills, and academics. In addition, proceeds will also help fund the Kiwanis Club of Dunedin’s work in serving underprivileged children and bettering the community.

The Scottish American Society of Dunedin is proud to present a showcase of all the talent who learn and practice their skills at the Scottish Cultural Center.
We will be featuring the dancers of the Isle of Skye Highland Dance Group, the actors and actresses of the Dunedin ProArts Drama group, and the Pipers and Drummers of the Scottish Arts music program. You can pick up a. tip or two on tracing your heritage, or perhaps even learn a phrase or two of Gaelic from our Heritage Workshops program!
Please come along and show support for all the students in our program.
The ticket includes a Scottish Meat Pie or Scottish Mac & Cheese Pie and Chips (french fries). The bar will be open and all tickets include a Day Membership to the Scottish American Society of Dunedin.

Now, if you’re a golfer and an art lover, you have known that the two had a lot in common for much longer than that! Drawing and fading are as at home in the studio as they are on the course. The growth of our Wellness program is serving many people adversely affected by the pandemic. Our children and adult programs are answering the community’s need for uplifting experiences. All of our classes are subsidized to keep them affordable and of course, as you may know, there is no entrance fee to visit our “Best of the Bay” exhibitions.

Dunedin Chamber Golf Tournament April 1

Dunedin Chamber annual golf tournament will be held Friday, April 1, at 1:00 PM, at Countryside Country Club. Whether you’re a foursome or an individual player, we’ve got a spot for you!

Check-in begins at 11:00 AM. A box lunch will be provided as well as lots of goodies on the course. Dinner at the Countryside Country Club and presentation of awards will follow the tournament.

Dunedin Youth Guild Fashion Show March 19

The Dunedin Youth Guild will host their Annual Scholarship Luncheon and Fashion Show on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Dunedin Community Center, 1920 Pinehurst Road, in Dunedin.  Doors open for a social hour at 11:00 am and lunch will be served at noon.  Additionally, there will be door prizes and many opportunities will be available to purchase tickets for beautiful items donated by members, generous merchants and friends of the Dunedin Youth Guild.
The theme for this year’s Fashion Show is “Blooms of Hope” with fashions provided by Suncoast Hospice.  Guests will also enjoy a refreshing lunch catered by Palate Culinary Services.  The cost is $35.00 per person and reserved tickets can be purchased from any Dunedin Youth Guild member, by calling 727-734-0394, or on-line by visiting www.dunedinyouthguild.org.  Seating is limited so early ticket purchases are advised.  This event helps support the Scholarship Program for Dunedin students.

Beach Cleanup at Dunedin Causeway

Monthly Beach Cleanup at Dunedin Causeway – We provide all supplies needed. Just bring your volunteer spirit.  Since 2017, Salty Soul Foundation has removed over 18,000 pounds of trash from beaches in Florida. This has been done with the assistance of nearly 4,000 volunteers and almost 12,000 volunteer hours.
