Biography
David Bramley’s first career was in restaurant management. He worked for Chart House, Houlihan’s, and Olive Garden, managing the largest chain restaurant operations in the United States.
David subsequently worked for Farmers Insurance, managing call centers in Plantation, FL, and establishing a new center in St. Georges, Grenada. David won the company’s highest award, the Excellence Award.
Relocating to Dunedin, David was a Director of Operations at CXIS Insurance Services in St. Petersburg.
Currently retired, David is the author of Washington’s Guns, a novel about the Revolutionary War based on an ancestors’ firsthand account of the war.
He is on the Session of First Presbyterian Church of Dunedin and serves as Treasurer. He was previously on the board of Royal Palm Christian Church in Coral Springs for 20 years. He is also a former member of the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Dunedin, where he is on the Club and the Rotary Foundation boards and serves as Treasurer.
David was born in Wabash, Indiana, and graduated from Butler University. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 35 years, and they have a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren in Indianapolis.
Biography
Scott is a graduate of Annapolis and a seasoned Real Estate consultant with Keller Williams Realty. Having lived in Dunedin in the early 80’s and subsequently accepted a corporate transfer to New Jersey, Scott and his wife Diane were excited to return to the area in 2003 at which time Scott launched his Real Estate career. Scott and Diane are very involved in the Dunedin community, and treasure their frequent visits to Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island State Parks. When time permits, Scott can be found exploring local waterways in his kayak.

Biography
Blair first visited Dunedin in 1969 when his parents purchased two condominium units in the newly built Clydebank Building at Royal Stewart Arms on Honeymoon Island. He presently resides as a full-time resident in another unit in that building and enjoys walking nearly daily to Honeymoon Island State Park. Blair served as the Dunedin Boat Club’s Vice Commodore in 2016 and its Commodore in 2017. He served as president of the board of trustees of Dunedin Museum, Inc. (DBA the Dunedin History Museum) from January 2018 to March 2023. For over six years, he played piano as a volunteer at The Inn of the Pond, an assisted living facility that became The Preserve at Clearwater after its sale in 2017. In 2014 and 2015, he was the Head junior varsity coach for girls’ lacrosse at Palm Harbor University, and he coached girls’ lacrosse at Hinsdale Central High School in Hinsdale, Illinois, from 2003 to 2013. Blair earned his B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, VA, and is a licensed Florida attorney.
Biography
Victor Lucas is a Vice President/Branch Manager at SouthState Bank in Dunedin. He and his wife, Lori, have been married for 11 years and live in Countryside. They enjoy the many great food and beverage choices in Dunedin.
Victor was born in Ft. Bragg, NC. His dad retired from the US Air Force. His mother became the first African American Chaplain at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
Victor graduated from the University of South Florida (College of Business) and has been in the banking industry since 1986.

Pegoty Packman, President of the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA has been a dedicated volunteer, instructor and local leader for over 26 years. This lifetime path is a way to continue helping others while maintaining personal health and wellbeing.
Pegoty, born in Rice Lake, WI grew up in Pinellas County attended UF and USF, Received a BA Education, MA Curriculum/Supervision and ED.S in Education Administration and Leadership. After 34 years of service to children and families in Pinellas County schools, 23 years as a middle school principal, Pegoty now centers her energy toward community health and harmony through the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA.
Life loves: people, art, reading, travel, cooking, kayaking, and camping with husband, Rich.
