Biography
Blair first visited Dunedin in 1969 when his parents purchased two condominium units in the newly built Clydebank Building at Royal Stewart Arms on Honeymoon Island. He presently resides as a full-time resident in another unit in that building and enjoys walking nearly daily to Honeymoon Island State Park. Blair served as the Dunedin Boat Club’s Vice Commodore in 2016 and its Commodore in 2017. He served as president of the board of trustees of Dunedin Museum, Inc. (DBA the Dunedin History Museum) from January 2018 to March 2023. For over six years, he played piano as a volunteer at The Inn of the Pond, an assisted living facility that became The Preserve at Clearwater after its sale in 2017. In 2014 and 2015, he was the Head junior varsity coach for girls’ lacrosse at Palm Harbor University, and he coached girls’ lacrosse at Hinsdale Central High School in Hinsdale, Illinois, from 2003 to 2013. Blair earned his B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, VA, and is a licensed Florida attorney.

I’ve been with the City of Dunedin since 2007 at City Hall, CRA, Economic Development, and now in Development Review and Code Enforcement as a Business Manager. She has served as City liaison to Disability Advisory, CRA Advisory, Arts & Culture Advisory Committees, and Visit Dunedin.
Joan has been a Suncoast Hospice volunteer for 20 years and is an active member of the Scottish American Society of Dunedin and the Scottish Arts Foundation.

David Moorcroft, has lived, worked and played in Dunedin for over 20 years and consider Dunedin my home. David has worked for Ships-N-Trips for 24 years, is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, past president of Patrician Oaks Condo Association. When not planning travel for his clients he enjoys cruising, cooking and volunteering in the community he loves.
Biography
He has served as the pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Dunedin since 2016. A native of the mountains of Western North Carolina, Rev. Dr. David K. Shelor has been a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) for over 20 years. He served the Church in Ghana, West Africa, Georgia, and Florida during that time. In addition to his seminary education, David holds a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case-Western University (Cleveland). In addition to the church, he founded Florentica Associates and worked as a professionally trained executive coach and consultant, focusing on high-performance teams, organizations, and change.
David is married to Dr. Merry Lynn Morris, a faculty member and the assistant director for dance at the University of South Florida. He has two adult children.
Biography
Laura Tobe has been the Community Liaison with the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation for seven years. She is originally from Ohio and moved to Florida in 1993 with her husband and two sons. Laura serves as Treasurer on the Board of the GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club. She also belongs to the LEGS Tampa Bay (Ladies Executive Golf Society).
Laura enjoys cooking, going on short weekend getaways, and volunteering for various Foundations.
