Join us for the opening reception of five captivating new exhibitions and engaging artist talks that will inspire visitors of all ages. Joan Duff-Bohrer: As I See It At 92, abstract painter, ceramicist, fiber artist, and journal-maker Joan Duff-Bohrer is having her first solo exhibition. Wetlands in Transition: Encaustic Paintings by Leslie Neumann Experience the vibrant encaustic panels of Aripeka-based painter and conservationist Leslie Neumann. Wetlands in Transition captures the raw, primitive energy of Florida’s wetlands. 100 Women Artists: Now & Then Conceived by teaching artist Alicia Campos Massó in 2022, this cultural art project elevates 100 women artists in art history while simultaneously showcasing contemporary artists who have reinterpreted their works. Azalea: Answer the Call of Florida’s Forgotten Mystical Spaces Feel the mystical energy of Florida’s timeless magic and mysterious promise as you explore her swampy interior. Let It Rain This community call for art is inspired by Florida’s summer rains, clouds, lightning, and other atmospheric phenomena. |

Join the Friends of the Hammock for a work day event in Hammock Park. Please dress for the weather and bring water. Close toed shoes are also highly recommended. We will provide some tools as well as a specific target as determined by the City of Dunedin and our Volunteer Coordinator. Some months it’s clean-up; others it’s invasive removal.
