As part of a week-long celebration of Tartan Week, join us for a spectacular and exhilarating tour of Scotland and uisce beatha: the “water of life.” You will taste whisky from the rolling hills of the Scottish Lowlands, from the fast flowing waters of the River Spey; from the spectacular mountains of the Scottish Highlands to the peaty moors of the Western Isles. The landscape of these four regions of Scotland is very different, and this is well represented in the wildly different tastes of Scotch Whisky. Of course, although the whisky and food will be as fine as it ever was, the key ingredient in all our whisky tastings is the people who attend.
