GFWC Pinellas Juniorettes are accepting new members! Accompanied by advisors from GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club and GFWC Clearwater Community Woman’s Club, these young ladies aged 13-18 work together to meet the needs of our local community through volunteer service projects.
Recent projects include a beach cleanup on the Dunedin Causeway, a food drive for Dunedin Cares, making cards for the veterans at Bay Pines, and sending notes of encouragement to local nursing homes. Bright Futures hours are available. For more information, contact Advisor Laura Connelly.
Chess, a significant and powerful piece of musical theater that has been referred to as a metaphor for the Cold War, features music by Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus of the Pop Group ABBA and lyrics by Tim Rice, (the Lion King, Aladdin, Beauty, and the Beast, Evita).
Doors open at 6:30 PM – beer, wine, appetizers & desserts will be served. Opportunity baskets are available.
Purchasing a ticket automatically enters you in a drawing to win 2 reserved seats to any play during Francis Wilson’s 90th Season, 2019-2020. Tickets are $30 each.
