Pegoty Packman, President of the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA has been a dedicated volunteer, instructor and local leader for over 26 years. This lifetime path is a way to continue helping others while maintaining personal health and wellbeing.

Pegoty, born in Rice Lake, WI grew up in Pinellas County attended UF and USF, Received a BA Education, MA Curriculum/Supervision and ED.S in Education Administration and Leadership. After 34 years of service to children and families in Pinellas County schools, 23 years as a middle school principal, Pegoty now centers her energy toward community health and harmony through the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA.

Life loves: people, art, reading, travel, cooking, kayaking, and camping with husband, Rich.

He has served as the pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Dunedin since 2016. A native of the mountains of Western North Carolina, Rev. Dr. David K. Shelor has been a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) for over 20 years. In that time, he has served the Church in Ghana, West Africa, Georgia, and Florida. In addition to his seminary education, David holds a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case-Western University (Cleveland). In addition to the church, he founded Florentica Associates and worked as a professionally trained executive coach and consultant, with a focus on high-performance teams and organizations and change.

David is married to Dr. Merry Lynn Morris, a faculty member and the assistant director for dance at the University of South Florida. He has two children, Graham, a college sophomore, and Lillie, a high school senior.

Lynn Smeraldo is licensed Financial Advisor and President of Smeraldo Financial. The greatest service I provide is my ability to problem solve and look at my clients’ full financial profile in order to make sure their current and future financial situations are in line with their goals and dreams. I work with licensed accountants and estate planning attorneys to ensure my clients’ estate plans are in proper order. I anticipate the needs of my clients and help them face life’s challenges and celebrate milestones. I pride myself on focusing on the needs of my clients and their families. I accomplish this by conducting regular reviews and working with my clients’ attorneys and CPAs.

I have Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses and hold licenses in Life and Health insurance, Annuities and have my NAIC partnership certification for Long-Term Care insurance. I am licensed to practice in CA, NY, CO, NC, WI, KY, AL, MD, MN, NM, OH, OR, PA, VA, WA and FL.
