Come to the Taoist Tai Chi Society Open House on Saturday, January 6 from Noon to 1:00 p.m. The Open House will include Tai Chi demonstrations and audience participation.
The Taoist Tai Chi 108 move set can help increase strength and flexibility as well as improve circulation and balance. Beginner classes are starting the week of January 7.
